HEALTHY EATING PLAN FOR KIDS

This plan is designed to help educate parents to the nutritional needs of their children and how to create the best eating plans in their busy and often over-scheduled life. Research has shown that if children have good role models in front of them, they are the most successful in terms of having proper nutrition habits when they are young and as they become adults. So this plan takes into account the importance of eating together as a family and improvements in parents nutrition so that you can create a better health report card for the entire family.

We will find out about your child’s health and nutritional requirements, design a plan suitable for now and in his/her growing years, discuss nutritional supplements, healthy and quick meal ideas, healthy snacks, items to have in the pantry and the refrigerator, how to handle picky eaters, involving them in food selection in the grocery store, setting effective food rules, involving children in meal planning and (sometimes) cooking.
You will give them a gift that will last them a lifetime!

HEALTHY EATING PLAN FOR ADULTS
In this 6-week intensive program we will find out about your health needs and nutrition profile.  From there on, we will create a road map for your nutrition health.  You will gain an understanding of main nutrients (carbs, fat, protein) and which types are beneficial to you and which ones will slow you down from reaching your goals.  We will discuss your personal food cravings and how to deal with them, weight loss strategies, medical foods and supplement recommendations tailored to your body needs, cooking instructions to save you time and maximize the nutrient intake and grocery shopping tours are included.  You will leave each session with personal hand-outs and tips you can implement immediately.
